I started with the stamp set from the Whooo's Your Valentine special (see details below) and my trusty Cricut. I have a lot of scraps, so I set the paper size to match one of my scraps, chose a heart shape stamp's coordinating Artist Cricut cartridge image and filled the page.
I got out my Ruby ink, Ruby cardstock, White Daisy card bases and Black cardstock.
After stamping several Whooo's Your Valentine hearts, I began to play.
Next, I moved to my sewing machine. I am honing my sewing on paper skills, don't laugh at my first couple of tries to get the 'straight' line worked out.
It will be awhile before I master the straight line, that's okay, I like crooked, don't you.
